Our Service Commitment

FESCO provides long-term service and support to maintain and upgrade your apparatus. FESCO employs a full-time service staff which includes operations & service managers, in-house mechanics & several regional service providers specialized in the maintenance and repair of emergency vehicles. Our staff is ASE and EVT certified.

Additionally, we have drivers and loaner vehicles for the pick-up & delivery of apparatus in order to save our customers valuable time and manpower.

FESCO can provide customized maintenance and service programs based on your company’s needs. These programs can include on-site service, preventive maintenance and general or specialized repair. We’ve succeeded since 1953 because we understand the importance of keeping your emergency vehicle in service and we are committed to providing quality service in a timely manner.

MODERN MULTI-BAY SERVICE CENTER

FESCO’s gleaming 32,000 square foot main service facility include 8 drive-in bays with multiple permanent lifts and 5 sets of mobile lifts. The service facility is separated into three work zones for light, medium and heavy-duty service and has a Wash Bay to keep your vehicle clean.

ASE & EVT CERTIFIED MASTER TECHNICIANS

Our Service Staff includes EVT & ASE Certified Master Technicians and has the experience to maintain and repair your vehicle properly. FESCO provides on-going training on the design and performance standards of the vehicles’ specialized systems and equipment. We utilize best practices in the service of our customer’s vehicles.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE & FLEET PROGRAMS

FESCO provides custom PM & Fleet Programs to maximize the availability of vehicles. These consist of scheduled servicing, inspections and vehicle repairs to prevent potential problems; and are used to proactively avoid or reduce vehicle breakdowns. Preventive maintenance includes vehicle inspection, lubrication, adjustment, cleaning, testing, repair, and/or worn parts replacement.

MOBILE SERVICE

FESCO’s three mobile repair vehicles are ready to come to you for an emergency repair or routine maintenance. Each vehicle is full-stocked with the parts and supplies necessary to get your vehicle back in service quickly.

STAFFORD COUNTY FIRE & RESCUE

FESCO completed multiple tool mounting projects for Stafford County Fire & Rescue. In coordination with the delivery of their new EVI Heavy Rescue unit, our team was able to successfully mount all of the tools and equipment provided by Stafford County to ensure that their department was ready to go when placed into service.

BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND

Our Service Staff used their expertise to upfit multiple Ford F-250 units for the Baltimoe County Police Department. Installing lighting packages and other upfit services, FESCO was able to make sure that these vehicles were up to standard for use in Baltimore County, Maryland.

CABIN JOHN PARK VFD

FESCO has the capability to work on any projects, large or small, which was in full-effect for Cabin John Park’s upfit of multiple boat support trucks. Our service team worked with Cabin John Park Volunteer Fire Department to upfit trucks specialized for water rescue support boats. Fitted with full-sized rescue boats and the equipment needed for water rescue, Cabin John Park was prepared for any emergency.

Our Loaner Car Program
